AS&P - Albert Speer & Partner GmbH holds 34% of the authorised capital of PROPROJEKT Planungsmanagement & Projektberatung GmbH:

  • PROPROJEKT was founded in 1996 by Hanskarl Protzmann together with AS&P - Albert Speer & Partner GmbH.
  • Mr. Protzmann is the managing partner and holds a 36% share.
  • In 2005 Stefan Klos became the second managing partner and holds 30% of the company.


The job title “architect, urban architect and/or urban planner” was, if not otherwise noted, appointed in the Federal Republic of Germany. The HOIA (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) applies as well as the professional code of conduct and employment law for architects belonging to the Chamber of Architects.
